PAC-12 to Adopt Pay For Play

Pac 12 Football Pay of Play NBCSports is reporting that the Pac 12 could be paying it’s student-athlete as early as next week.  Will that help the Pac 12 with recruiting?  Will it have some sort of area “cost of living” adjustment depending on the geographical are the hosting school is located? Will this equal out the advantages between Los Angeles and Salt Lake City? Will the smaller media markets have a recruiting advantage since the additional money will go further in Utah than in California?  How soon will it take before all of the NCAA Conferences will have to adapt the “pay for play” to stay competitive with their recruiting efforts?
