USC may indeed finish first in the South Division however, but will not play in the initial Pac 12 title game. The other three contenders down south are Utah, Arizona State, and Arizona. Arizona has Nick Foles plus a talented receiving corps, Arizona State has a lot of talent on defense plus a senior laden (yet injury plagued) roster, and Utah enters since the mysterious, formidable newcomer. Take your pick among the three, however I do favor Utah.
